How do I receive a replacement boot?
- Please immediately stop using the recalled boots.
- Take a photo of the white label on the inside of the boot showing the model number and date code.
- Email the photo to DH5379@hhbrown.com.
- Once you receive confirmation that your registration is successful (within 48-72 hours), use the attached shipping label to return the recalled boots to us. We will send you replacement boots in the same size upon receipt of the recalled boots. If replacement boots in your size are not available, we will notify you and give you the choice of a refund of $189.99 or a coupon redemption code of $200 for use on doublehboots.com.

Description: This recall involves Redeemer DH 5379 Men’s 11” Waterproof Metguard Comp Toe Roper with the date codes VCJJ22, VCJC23, VCJD23, and VCJF23 manufactured in October 2022, March 2023, April 2023, and June 2023. The Subject Product is a pull-on boot with a brown leather upper decorated in a western style theme. The Subject Product has a square toe, a 1-inch heel and an EVA midsole. The Subject Product has a metatarsal guard and a puncture resistant sole. The words “Phantom Rider” and “Non-Metallic Toe” are embossed in the outer side of the leather upper. The words “Puncture Resisting Sole” are embossed in the leather in the back of the boot. A black label stating “Waterproof” is sewn into a seam on the outer side of the boot. A white label on this inside of the boot includes the model number DH5379, the size, and the manufacturing code. Only boots with manufacturing codes VCJJ22, VCJC23, VCJD23, and VCJF23(these codes can be found inside the boot and are illustrated below) are affected.
